What Information do we collect, and what do we do with it?

Living Channel Services (LCS) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to us by our donors and supporters.  For the purposes of this policy, your "personal information" refers to any information that could be used to identify you, and that we collect through this website.

 

LCS collects only necessary information such as:
 

• Email addresses for our newsletter or to send shipping updates
   

• Details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your orders.
   

• Your name, address and phone number for tax receipts if you donate through our gift catalog. (If you donate through Canada Helps or ATB financial they collect and maintain that information instead, since they are the ones who issue the tax receipts.)
   

• LCS does NOT collect credit card information.  Your information is collected by the service provider you choose - such as Wix payments, Paypal etc.  Please review their privacy policies and choose only payment processors that you are comfortable using.
   

• LCS does NOT share your personal information with third parties, nor will we sell our mailing lists.
